Aiming by the Number Workout
You should play at a fairly high level before attempting this workout. I prefer you spend at least 75% of you time
improving your cue ball control and I don't want you to be the player that believes "if I just perfect my stroke, my stance,
my consistency with ball pocketing and then I'll be good". No, you won't. You need a great cue ball above all else. Yes fundamentals,
aiming and stroke etc are all important BUT you can work on all of these things WHILE you're working on your cue ball control.
You must demand the time to work on your cue ball, most players don't, they let the pockets and their misses
blind them from the rest of the game.
Now let me get off my soapbox and lets get back to the Aiming Workout.
Yes it has a numbered contact point to contact point aiming system that I invented but no, you don't have to learn it or use it,
I just ask that you improve your connection with these shots and you can use any method of aim you like.
I didn't just pull these shots out of thin air just to make up any ole workout, these shots have purpose and I believe
if you can get good at these shots your overal confidence, consistency & game will grow.
But again, don't become consumed with this workout until you are displaying some impressive cue ball skills.
Professionals, you know how hard it is for you to improve, this workout will help you do just that. I never played better than when
I was doing this workout everyday.
